# Usage & billing

> Plans, credits, and where to manage your subscription.

Rivvi plans are built on two simple ideas: **seats** (people who use the workspace) and **credits** (the balance that funds your conversations). Every plan includes the full platform — plans differ by how many seats and credits come included.

<Note>
  Manage everything from **Settings → Billing** in the workspace, including your plan, usage, and payment method.
</Note>

## Plans

| Plan       | Included seats | Conversation credits / month       | Best for                    |
| ---------- | -------------- | ---------------------------------- | --------------------------- |
| **Launch** | 3              | 60,000 (\~1,500 voice minutes)     | Getting started             |
| **Core**   | 5              | 275,000 (\~6,875 voice minutes)    | A growing outreach practice |
| **Growth** | 8              | 700,000 (\~17,500 voice minutes)   | Multiple active programs    |
| **Scale**  | 12             | 1,600,000 (\~30,000 voice minutes) | High-volume outreach        |

All plans include the full product. As you move up, you get more included seats, a larger monthly credit grant, and a lower rate on any usage beyond your grant.

## What credits are

A **conversation credit** is the unit that funds outreach. **Voice, SMS, and web chat all draw from one shared credit balance** — your organization's wallet — so you don't manage separate budgets per channel.

Roughly:

* **Voice** is about **40 credits per minute**.
* **SMS** and **web chat** draw much less per message or session.

Your plan includes a monthly credit grant. If you use more than your grant in a period, the extra is billed at your plan's per-credit rate (lower on higher plans). You can see your balance, current-period usage, and projected total on the billing page.

<Tip>
  Because everything shares one balance, you can shift between calling and texting without reshuffling budgets — Rivvi just draws from the same pool.
</Tip>

## What you'll see on the billing page

* **Current usage** for this period — credits used, seats, and any overage.
* **Your credit balance** and auto-reload settings.
* **Plan controls** — upgrade, or see what other tiers would cost for your usage.
* **Invoice history** — past periods.
* **Activity** — active users and how much you're doing.

## Managing your subscription

Payment method and cancellation are handled through the secure Stripe customer portal, reachable from the billing page. Changing plans is done right on the billing page.

## Free trial

New organizations start with a trial that includes a grant of free credits and a set window to try Rivvi. You'll see how many trial credits and days remain at the top of the billing page. When the trial ends, add a payment method to keep going.

## If you hit a limit

Rivvi tells you clearly if something's blocked — for example, if your credit balance runs out or a subscription needs attention. **Calls already in progress are never dropped.** If your balance runs low, top up or upgrade from the billing page and you're back in business.
