# Rivvi for your vertical

> How Rivvi tailors itself to your kind of organization — from primary care to referral platforms to non-clinical services.

Rivvi isn't one generic assistant. During [Discovery](/get-started/discovery), it recognizes what kind of organization you are and tunes itself to match — the terms it uses, the details it looks for, the outreach it's good at, and the compliance guardrails it applies.

<Note>
  You don't pick your vertical from a menu. Rivvi infers it from your website and your answers during Discovery, and you can correct it any time from your profile.
</Note>

## Healthcare — primary care

For **primary-care groups, multi-specialty clinics, and managed medical groups.** Rivvi learns your providers, locations, and team, then runs the outreach these practices live on — recall and reactivation, appointment reminders, screening and wellness-visit outreach, and post-visit follow-up. It works the same whether you're a **small single-location practice** or a larger group; the copy and defaults adjust to your size.

## Healthcare — specialty primary care

For **combined specialty + primary-care groups** (for example cardiology, orthopedics, or GI alongside primary care). On top of the primary-care capabilities, Rivvi understands routing between your specialty and primary-care arms and the front-desk endpoints each uses.

## Referral platforms

For **referral networks and platforms** that route referrals from sending practices into specialists' front desks. Here the person Rivvi reaches is **another practice's front desk, not a patient** — so the substrate is partner- and routing-shaped. This is the home of the [Echo](/connectors/leadingreach) program, which calls referrals through their lifecycle and books the appointment. Connect [LeadingReach](/connectors/leadingreach) to turn it on.

## Payers & managed care

For **health-insurance payers, managed-care plans, and risk-bearing entities.** Rivvi organizes around members, plans, and networks rather than providers and clinics, for member outreach and plan-related follow-up.

## Pharma & clinical trials

For **pharmaceutical companies, trial sponsors, and trial-site networks.** Rivvi organizes around trials, drugs, and sites — useful for trial-related outreach and coordination.

## Government & public health

For **public-sector health agencies** — city and state Departments of Health and public-health programs. Rivvi organizes around programs and jurisdictions for public-health outreach.

## Non-clinical & consumer services

For **direct-to-consumer, non-clinical services** — senior home help, concierge and member services, community programs. There's **no patient data and no medical scope here**, so Rivvi doesn't apply PHI gating you don't need. The person Rivvi reaches is a consumer or member of the public, and consumer calling-consent protections apply in full.

<Tip>
  Don't see your exact category? Rivvi still works — it falls back to a general profile and learns your specifics from Discovery. The verticals above are where it has extra, purpose-built understanding.
