    No. Every run is dispatched only when you click the launch card. Rivvi never dials on its own. See [Launching outreach](/workspace/launching-outreach).

  <Accordion title="Do I need to prepare my data a certain way?" icon="file-import">
    No. A run can reach people from a spreadsheet you upload, a connected tool like HubSpot, an internal group, or a combination. Rivvi handles column matching and removes duplicates. See [Launching outreach](/workspace/launching-outreach).

  <Accordion title="Does asking for a report or a count trigger any outreach?" icon="chart-line">
    No. Analytics is read-only. Even "how many patients haven't we contacted" is just a count — nothing is dialed or texted. See [Analytics](/workspace/analytics).

  <Accordion title="How does Rivvi use my HubSpot / Salesforce / other tool?" icon="plug">
    You connect it with your own credentials and choose what the agent can do. Reading is on by default; anything that writes back asks for your approval first. See [Connectors overview](/connectors/overview).

    Yes, for connectors that support it — call notes, follow-up tasks, logged outcomes. Writes are set to ask for approval by default, so you preview the exact change before it's made. See [Permissions](/connectors/permissions).

    Rivvi is built for regulated outreach — it keeps patient information out of places it shouldn't be, respects opt-outs, and enforces calling hours. See [Security & privacy](/account/security-and-privacy).
