Every Rivvi plan includes the full platform — chat, connectors, outreach, reports, and follow-up. Plans differ by two things: how many seats (people who use the workspace) and how many conversation credits (the balance that funds calls, texts, and web chat) come included each month.
See and change your plan any time from Settings → Billing in the workspace. New pricing takes effect from your next billing period.

Plans

As you move up the plans, you get more included seats, a larger monthly credit grant, and a lower rate on any usage beyond your grant — so a higher plan is strictly cheaper per credit as your volume grows.

Seats

A seat is one person with access to the workspace. Every plan includes a floor of seats (shown above), and you can add more at any time — there’s no cap. Each seat carries the full product. See Seats & members to add teammates.

Conversation credits

A conversation credit is the unit that funds outreach. Voice, SMS, and web chat all draw from one shared balance — your organization’s wallet — so you don’t juggle separate budgets per channel. Roughly:
  • Voice is about 40 credits per minute.
  • SMS and web chat draw much less per message or session.
Your plan includes a monthly credit grant. If you use more than your grant in a period, the extra is billed at your plan’s per-credit rate (lower on higher plans). Watch your balance, current-period usage, and projected total on the billing page.
Because everything shares one balance, you can shift between calling and texting without reshuffling budgets — Rivvi just draws from the same pool.

Free trial

New organizations start on a trial with a grant of free credits and a set window to try Rivvi. You’ll see how many trial credits and days remain at the top of the billing page. When the trial ends, add a payment method to keep going — calls already in progress are never dropped.

Choosing a plan

  • Estimate your monthly voice minutes and multiply by ~40 to get credits, then add headroom for SMS and web chat.
  • Count the people who need workspace access — that’s your seat floor.
  • When in doubt, start lower. Upgrading mid-cycle is easy, and higher plans lower your per-credit rate, so there’s no penalty for growing into one.
