A seat is one person’s access to your Rivvi workspace. Your plan includes a set number of seats; adding people beyond that adds a seat to your subscription.

Adding a member

1

Open member settings

Go to Settings and open your team / members section.
2

Invite by email

Enter the person’s email and send the invite. They’ll get a link to join your workspace.
3

Confirm the seat

If the new member goes beyond your plan’s included seats, Rivvi shows you exactly what will be added to your next invoice before you confirm.
Rivvi tells you when an invite adds a billable seat — for example, “Your plan includes 5 seats. This member is seat 6, so the seat price will be added to your next invoice.” No surprises.

Seat tiers & pricing

Seats come in two tiers, set per teammate — a premium seat carries a larger monthly AI-assistant allotment, so it suits heavier individual users; a standard seat is right for everyone else. An admin assigns each member a tier from Settings → Members. Every plan includes a mix of both tiers (for example, Growth includes 3 premium + 5 standard). Beyond your plan’s included seats, extra seats are billed monthly: When your plan’s seats of a tier are full, adding or promoting a teammate to that tier prompts you to add a paid seat at the price above.
Day-to-day usage is measured in credits, which are shared across your whole organization — see Usage & billing. Seats are about who can use the workspace; credits are about how much outreach you do.

Removing a member

Remove a member from the same settings section. Their seat frees up, and your subscription adjusts on the next period.
