Connecting LeadingReach lets Rivvi read your referral book, appointments, and contacts — answer “how many outgoing referrals do I have?”, pull a referral’s status and recipient clinic — and write notes, tags, and follow-up tasks back to a referral. Connecting also provisions Echo, an autonomous referral-calling program.
LeadingReach connects through its own guided flow (not a generic credential form). Open it from Settings → Connectors → LeadingReach.

What Rivvi can do with LeadingReach

Read (allowed by default)
  • List outgoing and incoming referrals with status, patient, and clinic (with the real total).
  • Read a referral’s status, patient, reason, and recipient clinic.
  • Read a referral’s message thread.
  • List appointments, contacts, providers, and locations.
  • List referral tags, tasks, and your custom status vocabulary.
Write (asks for approval by default)
  • Write a note to a referral’s message thread.
  • Create and apply referral tags.
  • Create a follow-up task.
  • Ask a recipient clinic to schedule an appointment.

Echo — autonomous referral calling

Echo

Echo places outbound referral calls — status checks, appointment capture, and records requests — then writes call notes and completion tags back to the referral.
Echo is provisioned automatically when you connect LeadingReach. Calling begins once your BAA is signed — because Echo moves protected health information, dialing stays off until that’s in place. Connecting and querying your referral book in chat work right away; live calling is what’s gated.
