Connecting Smartsheet lets Rivvi read rows from your sheets (intake lists, rosters, trackers) and write outcomes back — add a new row or update an existing one — so the agent keeps your sheets in sync with your outreach. You connect by signing in with your own Smartsheet account. The agent acts as you, with your own access — it can see and change exactly the sheets you can. There’s nothing to paste.

Connect it

1

An admin enables Smartsheet

An organization admin goes to Settings → Connectors → Smartsheet and clicks Enable. If you’re not an admin, click Request and an admin approves it.
2

Connect your Smartsheet account

In the Your account panel, click Connect and sign in with Smartsheet. Approve the access to read and update your sheets, and you land back in Rivvi connected. Each teammate connects their own account.
3

Set what the agent can do

Reads are Always allow by default; writes (adding or updating rows) are Needs approval. An admin can adjust these — see Permissions.
The agent honors your Smartsheet sharing. It only sees and edits the sheets your account has access to.

What Rivvi can do with Smartsheet

Read (allowed by default)
  • List the sheets you can access (names and IDs).
  • Read a sheet’s columns and rows (capped to a page, with the real total).
Write (asks for approval by default)
  • Add a new row to a sheet.
  • Update the cell values on an existing row.

Try it

To write back, ask the agent to add or update a row — you’ll see an approval card previewing the exact change before it’s made.
