Why it matters
Rivvi is only as good as what it knows about you. Discovery is where it learns:- Who you are — organization details, locations, and providers.
- What you do — the services and programs you run.
- How you talk — your own vocabulary, so Rivvi mirrors it back instead of using generic jargon.
- Your launch defaults — time zone, office hours, and where transfers should go.
What happens, step by step
Share your website
Paste your website address. Rivvi scans your public site and pre-selects the pages that matter most — locations, providers, services, about, and contact. Clicking Scan is your go-ahead for Rivvi to read those public pages.
Watch the profile build
As Rivvi reads, it fills in a profile on the right — grouped into sections like Organization, Providers, Locations, Team, and Services. You’ll see it populate live.
Review each section
Rivvi walks you through the profile one section at a time. For each, you either confirm it (Looks right) or flag it (Something’s off), which prompts a correction. Only one section is up for review at a time, so it stays manageable.
Set your launch defaults
Confirm your time zone and office hours, and optionally a number to transfer callers to. These become the safe defaults for any outreach.
Add a phone number
Choose a phone number for your outreach. Rivvi wires up the inbound setup for you.
Your profile stays available
After Discovery, your profile doesn’t disappear. It stays as a panel you can open any time to see — and adjust — what Rivvi knows about your organization. Because Rivvi reads it on every turn, keeping it accurate keeps Rivvi accurate. If Discovery’s chat is briefly unavailable, you’ll see a short “temporarily offline” note. Your profile stays fully viewable in the meantime, and chat returns on its own.
