Rivvi works from what it knows about your organization. Keeping that current is the single biggest thing you can do to keep Rivvi’s answers and outreach accurate.

Your organization profile

The profile Rivvi built during Discovery — your locations, providers, services, and vocabulary — stays available as a panel you can open any time. Rivvi reads it on every turn, so:
  • Review it when something changes — a new location, a new provider, a new service line.
  • Correct anything that drifted — confirm what’s right, fix what’s not.
You can update it conversationally (“we added a second clinic in Austin”) or by reopening the profile panel.
If Rivvi ever refers to your work in terms that don’t sound like you, update your profile — that’s where it learns your vocabulary.

What Rivvi remembers

Rivvi carries context across your conversations so you don’t repeat yourself. When it learns something durable about how you work, it can remember it — and when it’s unsure whether something is worth keeping, it asks before saving. You can steer this directly:

Your language

Rivvi’s workspace can be shown in your language — this is a per-person setting, so each teammate can choose their own without changing anyone else’s. Set it from the workspace menu.
Your language preference changes the workspace interface for you. What the voice agent says on a call is set per program, separately.
