No. Every run is dispatched only when you click the launch card. Rivvi never dials on its own. See Launching outreach.

No. A run can reach people from a spreadsheet you upload, a connected tool like HubSpot, an internal group, or a combination. Rivvi handles column matching and removes duplicates. See Launching outreach.
